No they are not. Which is why we advise you to not feed our probiotic to any loved ones in your family who are humans! The human gut flora and a dog’s gut flora are different. As such, the human who consumes it may not achieve the desired benefits as it would for a dog.
Are probiotics for dogs the same as probiotics for humans?
We typically sprinkle them onto their food. You may also mix it into their water or feed them by the mouth if that’s your preference. If you feed your pet using an automated feeder machine, you may sprinkle the supplement into the feeder machine, stays fresh for up to 7 days.
How do I administer this supplement to my pet?
For therapeutic use, small dogs (4-10kg) are recommended to begin with 1 scoop (5g) per day; medium dogs (10-30kg) 1.5 scoops (7.5g) per day; large dogs (30-40kg) 2 scoops (10g) per day for 7 days or till conditions improve, whichever comes first.
Then, reduce their daily dosage by half as daily maintenance: Small dogs (4-10kg) 0.5 scoop (2.5g) per day; medium dogs (10-30kg) 1 scoop (5g) per day; large dogs (30-40kg) 1.5 scoops (7.5g) per day.
What is the recommended dosage for my pet?
Although probiotics are generally safe, some pets might experience mild digestive upset initially. You are recommended to stop and consult your trusted veterinarian should conditions worsen.

Improvements can typically be seen in 7 - 14 days. However, results may vary due to age, size, breed, gender, and other factors.

Healthy Gut, Happy Dog

I have a French bulldog. And if you’re not familiar with the breed, they do a lot of gas passing. My dog was no exception. After using this product for 15 days, I found that it improved his gas passing improved. . The only reason I gave it a four star was because the product did not last a full 60 days as it was supposed to. Now 75 days later, I hardly have any problems with him.

It’s nose lickin’ good… and effective!
